» Modern Toss

In this day and age, rude and sometimes obnoxious words are bandied about like the veritable confetti, and I worry that the censors may take exception to such words as ‘toss’ and ‘shit-naks’, words that suggest, the immortal genre, ‘school of infantilism’, of that classic Hancock film The Rebel. And so, Modern Toss, sits comfortably within the current zeitgeist of Is it Me, or is Everything Just Shit?, a book that is selling like hotcakes.
Creators Mick Bunnage and Jon Link developed the simple idea of people doing jobs reluctantly as the basis for their cult comic, boiling the essence of overheard arguments into three words and a primitive drawing. Often very funny, their outlook is ‘cheerfully abusive’, and ink_d are proud to be hosting their first ever exhibition.
